Accessibility Statement
Fine jewelry should be welcoming to everyone — and so should our website.
Effective January 1, 2026. IZEE, INC., operator of Viviour, is committed to ensuring that viviour.com is accessible to people of all abilities. We want every visitor to be able to browse our pieces, learn about our in-stock jewelry, and reach our team with ease.
Our standard
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These internationally recognized guidelines help make web content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, motor, and cognitive disabilities. Accessibility is an ongoing commitment, and we measure our work against this standard as the site evolves.
What we do
- Use clear, descriptive headings and a logical reading order throughout the site.
- Provide meaningful alternative text for our product and editorial photography.
- Maintain sufficient color contrast between text and its background.
- Support full keyboard navigation and visible focus indicators for interactive elements.
- Label form fields clearly and surface validation messages in text, not color alone.
- Respect reduced-motion preferences so animations never get in the way of content.
Ongoing efforts
Accessibility is never finished. We review new pages and features as we publish them, test with keyboard and screen-reader workflows, and train our team to keep accessibility in mind from the first sketch. When we identify a barrier, we prioritize fixing it. Some third-party content or tools embedded on our site may not yet fully meet our standard; where that is the case, we work with those partners toward conformance and offer an alternative way to get the same information or service.
