Terms of Service

Effective July 31, 2026. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Viviour LLC (“Viviour,” “we,” “us”), operator of viviour.com. By browsing our site or placing an order, you accept these Terms. Please read them carefully.

In-stock pieces & order timing

Most of our catalog is in stock and ships within 3–7 business days, fully insured. Custom and bespoke design work is made to order and takes longer; we will confirm your timeline before production begins. Because custom and personalized items are made specifically for you, they may be final sale; standard returns and resizing terms are set out in our Returns, Resizing & Warranty policy.

Pricing and orders

All prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; the price confirmed at the time your order is accepted is the price that applies. Diamond and gemstone prices reflect the specific certified stone you select. We make every effort to display products, stones, and metals accurately, but photography and screens can vary, and minor natural variation is inherent to fine jewelry. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock availability — and will refund any payment taken for a cancelled order.

Payment

Payment is processed by our third-party payment partners. We never collect or store raw card numbers ourselves.

Intellectual property

The Viviour name, logo, designs, photography, text, and all other content on this site are owned by Viviour LLC or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content or designs for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false or infringing information through our forms. We may suspend access for conduct that harms the site, our team, or other customers.

Reviews and customer content

Reviews must describe your own genuine experience with Viviour. That experience may concern customer care, a consultation or inquiry, use of our website, or a completed purchase. We label verified interactions and verified purchases separately so readers can understand the context. You may not submit content that is false, copied, unlawful, harassing, promotional spam, confidential, or that infringes another person’s rights.

By submitting a review, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, format, and distribute the review with the public name and optional location you provide. If you separately authorize photo use, the same license applies to those photos, including use on Viviour-owned website, email, and social channels with attribution to your public name. You confirm that you own or have permission to share submitted media. You can ask us to remove your review or media by emailing support@viviour.com.

We moderate for authenticity, relevance, privacy, abuse, conflicts of interest, and legal risk. We may reject or remove content for those reasons and may redact private information, but we do not reject a genuine review solely because its rating or opinion is unfavorable. We do not rewrite the substance of customer feedback. Any gift, discount, contest entry, or other material benefit connected to a review must be disclosed clearly with the review.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind except those that cannot be excluded by law and our express product warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viviour LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the item in question.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
