Effective July 31, 2026. Viviour is operated by Viviour LLC (“Viviour,” “we,” “us”). This policy explains what we collect when you visit viviour.com, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using our website you agree to the practices described here.

Information we collect

We collect only what we need to select, verify, and deliver your jewelry and to answer your questions:

• Contact and lead information you give us through our forms — your name, email address, phone number, and any message or design details you share when requesting a consultation, custom quote, or placing an order.
• Order and design details such as metal, stone, size, engraving, and shipping information needed to make and send your piece.
• Usage and device data collected automatically, including your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring links, gathered through cookies and similar technologies.
• Review information such as your public name, private email address, optional location, rating, written feedback, optional photos, consent choices, and the inquiry or order record used to verify your relationship with Viviour. For abuse prevention, we retain a one-way hash derived from the submitting network address rather than displaying or publishing that address.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and the Meta Pixel to understand how visitors find and use our site so we can improve it. These tools set cookies and may receive hashed identifiers (for example, a one-way SHA-256 hash of your email) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising. We do not sell your personal information. You can decline non-essential cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalized advertising through your Google and Meta account controls.

How we use your information

• To respond to inquiries, prepare quotes, and provide consultations.
• To process, insure, and ship your in-stock pieces.

A published review may show your chosen public name, optional city or state, rating, review text, date, verification category, disclosed incentive, and any photos you authorized. We never publish your email address, order identifier, contact-message contents, network information, or internal moderation notes.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers who help us operate — payment processors, certified diamond suppliers, shipping and insurance carriers, and the analytics and lead-capture platforms named above. These partners may use your data only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights. We never sell your personal information.

Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, to opt out of marketing, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@viviour.com and we will respond promptly. We retain information only as long as needed to fulfill orders, meet warranty commitments, and satisfy legal requirements.

Data security and children

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information and transmit sensitive data over encrypted connections. No method of transmission is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Our site is intended for adults; we do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
